Montgomery County Association for the Blind's mission is to enhance the quality of life and independence of people coping with blindness and vision impairment through rehabilitation, education, support and advocacy.

Founded in 1945, MCAB is supported by contributions from donors, private foundations and corporate grants, special events, bequests, and other gifts. MCAB is not part of county government.

Service Area: MCAB serves all areas of Montgomery County and now offers services to residents of Chester County.  A few programs are available regionally.
